Poonam Agrawal MBBS, MD, FIMSA, FAHP, ACME is currently Professor and Head, Department of Biochemistry, Santosh Medical College, Santosh Deemed to be University, Delhi NCR. An enthusiastic medical educationist, she has published numerous research papers in indexed national and international scientific journals, covering both patient care and innovative techniques in medical education. Additionally, she has authored several books on biochemistry and molecular biology, with her latest contribution being a medical education book on teaching–learning methodology (TLM). She strongly believes in fostering a student-centered approach to education, demonstrated through her efforts in developing books and resource materials that enhance understanding and engagement in medical learning. Niket Verma MBBS, MD, ACME, FAIMER, MIMSA, MAMS is currently Assistant Professor, Department of General Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda, Punjab. He has completed the advance course in medical education (ACME) and the prestigious FAIMER Fellowship from CMCL-FRI Ludhiana. Previously he was Adjunct Faculty for ACME at the NMC Nodal Centre for Faculty Development, CMC Ludhiana and Additional Resource Faculty at the NMC Regional Centre for Medical Education Technologies, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. As a member of the Centre for Medical Education and Technologies (CMET) at AIIMS Bathinda, he regularly organizes faculty development training programmes as well as medical education workshops for senior and junior residents. He takes keen interest in the academic and research activities of his department and is actively involved in the undergraduate and postgraduate training programmes. He has written several books and research papers including the popular Logbook series for MBBS students published by CBS Publishers & Distributors.
