A Day in the Life of a Chapati

Sandeep Balakrishna is a writer and author of Indian history, Hindu civilisation and culture for about two decades. He writes in both English and Kannada. Sandeep is also a former Information Technology professional with a long and successful career at major multinational corporations. He has translated the legendary Kannada novelist Dr. S L Bhyrappa’s pathbreaking bestseller, "Aavarana" into English as "Aavarana: The Veil," now in its twelfth reprint. His translation of Dr. S.L. Bhyrappa’s "Tabbaliyu Neenade Magane" in English as "Orphaned" was published recently. Sandeep is the founder and editor of The Dharma Dispatch, an online journal dedicated to Indian civilisation, culture and history. He is a contributing editor of the Prekshaa Journal, a niche online magazine focused on Indian culture and philosophy.
