It is daunting to attempt an engagement with the phenomenon of the Unseen; that which redefines dimensions and inexplicably stretches a human being’s entirety beyond comprehensible levels of profundity. Often, while engaging with Spirituality, terminology seems rather inadequate, and one is apparently driven towards using that of which one knows less or nothing. Hesitation to tread, confusion about approach, and general apprehension are some of the spontaneous indicators that come in the way of learning to let go. The book attempts to examine the exponential relevance of a highly specialised and powerful instrument of knowing, Advaita; to understand the need to think for yourself, develop practical techniques for a well-being living and realise what matters truly.

About Author

A proud Chandigarhian and JNU alumna, Suparna Saraswati-Puri describes herself as a natural teacher with a curiosity to learn from everyone constantly challenged and inspired by her young niece Lavanya Aditi Puri and nephew Imaad Mohan Puri. Teaching has been her enduring passion since 1994, drawing her back to classrooms across schools, colleges, and universities to share insights on History, Art and Aesthetics, Heritage, Literature, and Media Studies. Known for her ability to connect with young minds, she is frequently invited as a resource expert to conduct workshops at leading institutions. Her love for children inspired her to pioneer the 'Learning with Library' initiative for students of Classes 4-8, first launched at St Kabir Public School, Chandigarh in 2017-18. As Dean (Academics) at Chitkara University's School of Mass Communication and Journalism (2007-2010), she showcased her administrative and innovative vision. Since 2010, she has worked independently as a writer, producing cover features, special stories, book reviews, and interviews with eminent literary figures for Harmony-Celebrate Age, while contributing to publications like The Tribune, HT Horizon, Daily Post, Indian Express, and Business Line. Her first book, Adi Shankara, Advaita and You, reflects her intellectual and creative journey.
