About Author
Kumar Neeraj Jha, PhD is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He started his career with Larsen and Toubro Ltd. and was instrumental in the successful completion of a number of construction projects. He has published more than 160 papers in international and national journals and conference proceedings. He has supervised 24 PhD Students and more than 120 MTech students. He was included in the list of the World’s Top two per cent Scientists in 2024, published by Elsevier and Stanford University. His books on ‘Construction Project Management: Theory and Practice’ and ‘Formwork and Scaffold Engineering’ published by Pearson Education and ‘Determinants of Construction Project Success in India’ are widely accepted as textbooks and reference books in different universities.
