About Author

Vinit Ghosh has 15+ years of experience in both academics and industry. He has taught HR Analytics at top B-schools like IIM Bodh Gaya and Goa Institute of Management. Additionally, he has worked with multinational organizations such as Cognizant Technology Solutions and HCL Technologies as a Business Process Management Consultant. With a Ph.D. in OB & HR from IIT Guwahati, he has published several research papers in reputed journals like The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Environment Management. He has also contributed a book chapter on ‘Cloud Computing and e-HRM’ in the book e-HRM: Digital Approaches, Directions, & Applications published by Routledge.

Shruthi J Mayur brings over two decades of experience in academics and industry. She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. She has conducted over 150 hours of Management Development Programs (MDPs) for PSUs and private organizations. A seasoned researcher, she co-authored a book chapter on ‘Active Aging: Engaging the Aged’ in the book Management Practices for Engaging a Diverse Workforce: Tools to Enhance Workplace Culture published by CRC Press.

Satwik Upadhyay has 10+ years of experience spanning industry and educational institutions. He has published several research papers in journals like International Journal of Educational Management, International Journal of Innovation Science, and Sustainability. He also authored a book chapter on ‘Organizational Resilience’ in the book Being the Beacon of Hope: Creating New Pathways for Business and Society published by Orient Blackswan.
