Sexual harassment is one of the synonyms of ‘gender discrimination’ or ‘gender inequality. It is one of the anti-thesis to gender equality. There is no country with perfect equality. About Author
Mr. Amish Tandon is a corporate commercial attorney practicing in New Delhi for more than 8 years, with extensive experience in litigation and corporate advisory. He has also been actively associated with not-for-profit organizations providing legal aid to the needy on a pro bono basis. Mr. Tandon regularly conducts seminars, talks and trainings on the subject of ‘sexual harassment at workplace’. Further, he often contributes articles for law journals, newspapers and blogs on a wide array of legal issues.
