She was only 26, pretty, intelligent, earning well and – divorced. Dr. Kavita Bhatnagar, an Indian Revenue Service officer, belongs to Ajmer. She holds a doctorate in Political Economy and has worked for over two decades in various positions in the department and has represented the country both at the World Customs Organization and the World Trade Organization. An avid observer of life and her interest in reading and writing led her to pen ‘Second Chance”.
