About Author

Yashodhara Lal is a bestselling author, practicing coach, and therapist, holding a diploma in Transactional Analysis Therapy and certification in Erickson Solution-Focused Coaching. After nearly two decades in the corporate world, leading marketing for companies like Unilever and Dyson, she shifted her focus to wellness through her coaching and therapy practice, Allsomeness (allsomeness.in). A fitness enthusiast trained in yoga and Animal Flow, she also explores spirituality, music, and dance. Over the past ten years, Lal has published eight books, including two for children, and continues to work on new writing projects. She has delivered a TEDx talk titled Exploring Multiple Dimensions to Uncover Your Full Potential and is dedicated to helping people become the fullest versions of themselves.
