About Author

Gautam Mahajan is the current President of the Customer Value Foundation, having previously served as the President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. A Distinguished Alumni of the Illinois Institute of Technology, he is the Founding Editor of the Journal of Creating Value and mentors the Creating Value Alliance and the Value Schools across Japan, Europe and the US. He has authored numerous books like Value Creation, The Value Imperative and Creating Value for Leaders, and has 18 US patents to his name.
